Minister Tsai, Ching-Hsiang was invited to attend the Vietnam National Day reception to strengthen the cooperation of mutual legal assistance.
The Department of International and Cross-Strait Legal Affairs organized a keynote speech and invited Huang Jun Rong, deputy director of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to give a lecture on "From the Dinner Table to the Negotiation Table: International Etiquette You Don't Know."

From July 2 to 9, 2023, Minister Tsai Qing Xiang led a delegation on a visit to the German Ministry of Justice in Berlin and the Eurojust headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands. The purpose of the visit was to enhance and deepen mutual cooperation in judicial assistance relations.
