MOJ Successfully Completes Third Taiwan–UK Inmate Transfer Case (Dec. 8, 2025)

With the joint efforts of HM Prison & Probation Service UK, the British Office Taipei, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Immigration Agency, the Investigation Bureau of the MOJ, the Taoyuan City Field Division, the Agency of Corrections, the Taoyuan Women’s Prison, and the Taiwan Taoyuan District Prosecutors Office, the Ministry of Justice successfully completed an inmate transfer case, the third case between Taiwan and the United Kingdom, on December 8, 2025.

Through this cooperation, Taiwan once again demonstrates its strong commitment to working closely with democratic and rule-of-law nations around the world, while supporting the social reintegration of foreign inmates.
