Participation in the APEC conference to announce the results of assets recovery.

Prosecutor Lo Yi Shan was delegated to the 2024 Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Asia-Pacific Transport Working Group Meeting (ACTWG) and Anti-Corruption Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies Network (ACT-NET) in Lima, Peru from 29th Feb. to 2nd Mar. Prosecutor Lo presented our fruit on assets recovery about the Frigate Lafayette Case and attracted the attention of the participating economies. We exchanged views and insights about the case with the delegators from the United States and Papua New Guinea after the conference.
