Video Conference between the Department of International and Cross-Strait Legal Affairs (ICLA), MOJ, and the Singapore Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) on Mutual Legal Assistance Matters

Prosecutors from MOJ-ICLA held a video conference with the Singapore AGC on October 22, 2025. During the meeting, the senior director and colleagues from AGC’s International Affairs Division introduced the division’s overall responsibilities, and the relevant regulations and key considerations for foreign jurisdictions requesting mutual legal assistance to Singapore.

Both sides engaged in active questioning and discussion, sharing practical experiences on matters such as asset sharing and remote hearings. The meeting was highly informative and beneficial in enhancing future mutual legal assistance cooperation between Taiwan and Singapore.
