8381 The resignation of Prosecutor General Chen Tsung-ming of this Office has been approved by Order of the President. In accordance with instructions issued by the Secretary of the Presidential Office in Letter Hua-Zhong-1-Li-Zi No. 0990019500, dated January 22, 2010, his remaining duties shall be assumed by Chief Prosecutor Tseng Yung-fu of the Supreme Prosecutors Office.
