In order to enhance the special education-related knowledge of our colleagues, enhance their understanding and awareness of special education students, and provide students with appropriate guidance and assistance when facing student problems, two special education knowledge and ability seminars were held and Wang Yizhong Psychotherapy Center was invited Director Wang Yizhong's clinical psychologist arranged two themed courses of "Emotional Behavior Disorders Accompanying Children-ADHD and Self-Injury Counseling Strategies" and "Emotional Behavior Disorders Accompanying Children-Counseling Strategies for Oppositional Resistance and Character Disorders". Teachers' practical experience sharing allows colleagues to reflect on and adjust the way they respond to students' problems. Hopefully, after these two seminars are enhanced, colleagues' understanding of the learning characteristics or behaviors of students in the school (special education) will be strengthened, and the interaction between teachers and students It is more able to give professional guidance, treat students in the school (special education) with more empathy, create a more friendly campus atmosphere, and improve students' learning conditions.
