To support the hard work of the various administrative enforcement agency branches’ substitutive service draftees, the administrative enforcement agency holds a reward activity every six months, and the draftees with outstanding performances will be recommended by various administrative enforcement agency branches to be rewarded in public. For the reward activity for outstanding substitutive service draftees in the second half of 2008, the administrative enforcement agency held the activity on October 30th and 31st, 2008, and invited the officers of the Conscription Agency of the Ministry of the Interior to join the activity. 32 draftees were rewarded with certificates and praise from Director-General, Mr. Lin. At the same time, the Agency also used this opportunity to hold the management operation seminar for specified managers, and invited the officers of the Conscription Agency of the Ministry of the Interior to lecture on the regulation of draftee services and practical management experience courses to facilitate the knowledge and ability of the specified managers.

In fact, the various branches of the administrative enforcement agency have adopted the substitutive service draftees to assist in handling the non-involving public authority, etc. assistance work starting from 2002, and due to the hard work of all colleagues and the assistance, it resulted in a brilliant performance of enforcement. For the enforcement agency, the substitutive service manpower has indeed developed its function and become an important manpower assisting tool for the administrative enforcement agency.

As a result of most draftees having just graduated from schools, and are often enthusiastic and energetic, in addition to assisting the administrative enforcement operations, the administrative enforcement also plans and assists the draftees to participate in various public services, such as cleaning the community, blood donation activities, assisting legal education advocacy, tutoring disadvantaged children in the summer and elderly care activities, etc., to distribute the young vitality to every corner of society.

The reward activity and seminar for specified managers is not only meaningful for all the substitutive service draftees and specified managers, but also strengthens the team cohesion of the administrative agency. Director-General, Mr. Lin and the officers of the Conscription Agency of the Ministry of the Interior all participated in the arranged seminars, exchanged opinions with the draftees, and shared experience with the specified managers. During the activity, Director-General, Mr. Lin constantly praised the draftees and expected every draftee to have more and more progress on work, and every specified manager to be more and more refined.
