The collection amount by Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice exceeds NT 130 billion dollars.

The Agency has collected over NT 130 billion dollars as of September 13, 2007 since being founded on Jan. 1^st, 2001. The exact number is 130 billion 72 million 573 thousand, and 20 dollars.

Director Lin of the Agency visited 13 branches to console and to encourage officers since he was pointed to the office on April 12, 2007, and the collection just broke NT 120 billion dollars as of May 9^th, 2007. Shortly after 4 months later, 10 more billion dollars were collected as a milestone in the collection performance.  During the 6 years and 8 months after the Agency was founded, the total NT 130 billion dollars has been input to the treasury, building the paragon of enterprise operation for government units.   

On Jan. 1^st, 2001, when government reform was highly emphasized, the Agency was organized to correspond to the guideline of simplified organization, efficient deployment of commissioned workers, assistance from alternative military services personnel, network management system application and construction and promotion of innovative systems devotion. In addition, equity, due process, and proportionality are followed by all enforcement officers, nuclear value of efficiency and enterprise operation concepts are introduced, goal management and evaluation efficiency are set as the guidelines for business, a “responsibility center” system to pursue the most simplified organization and highest achievement is founded to establish an enterprise governmental unit and to set up the high efficiency model on professional and efficient operations. 

The Agency took good and flexible use of administrative powers and compulsory methods as tools, such as attachment of property, restricting residency, or applying for arrest and custody in the court in order to enhance administrative function, executive determination in administrative enforcement, and realize enforcement of police power. The obvious achievement was proved and declared determination of legal enforcement to the general public. The Agency will continue efforts based on the fruition and expect to raise execution efficiency and create another breakthrough achievement.
