Order No. 1100277677 of the National Regulations Committee of the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China on December 2, 2021. Articles 5, 6 are being issued.
5. The administrative entities of NDU consist of the following divisions, centers, offices, units and programs dealing with school affairs:
(1) Academic Affairs Division: In charge of student recruitment, registration, curriculum, teaching material, enrollment status, table of organization & equipment and other academic affairs.
(2) Student Affairs Division: In charge of psychological consulting, clubs & activities, patriotic education, military security, news management, civil affairs and foreign exchange students’ affairs.
(3) General Affairs Division: Responsible for congressional liaising, the administration of official documentation, personnel, logistics, construction, procurement & bidding and other general affairs.
(4) Library and Information Center: Responsible for the collection and research of educational resources and other information services pertaining to the use of the library and information.
(5) Information Management Center: Responsible for campus information & technology systems, management of NDU’s global network, and internet & communication security.
(6) Research and Development Office: In charge of planning of NDU development affairs, research of educational development, lifelong learning, continued education, academic exchange & research, preparation & revision of regulations for the research of military materiel performance and development, application for project outsourcing, foreign affairs exchange, translation, and compilation of military-related publications.
(7) Comptroller Office: Responsible for fiscal budget, accounting and statistics.
(8) Infirmary: In charge of prophylactic health, military medicine administration, emergency medical services and medical supplies.
(9) National Development Course: Offer opportunities for military, police, and public officers of allied or friendly nations to receive training and tours in Taiwan in order to advance diplomacy and strengthen international exchange.
These entities can be adjusted, or new ones can be created if there are academic or investigation needs and the Ministry of National Defense approves such a request from behalf of the University.
6. The units of NDU include the War College, Army Command and Staff College, Naval Command and Staff College, Air Command and Staff College, College of International & National Defense Affairs, Chung Cheng Institute of Technology, Management College, Fu Hsing Kang College, General Education Center, Military Common Curriculum Center, Language Center, Physical Education Office, and Service Company.
The colleges are composed of departments, graduate schools, chief instructor offices, education administration offices, professional military education programs, student officer squadrons and cadet regiments. When necessary, divisions, centers or sections may be established in order to meet the needs of promoting related affairs.
