ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the abolition of the decree documeted as Huan-Shu-Fei-Tzu No. 1060021616A regarding the interpretive rule which stipulates the definition of "disposal" from "Permit Management Regulations for the Self-clearance and Disposal of Industrial Waste" (abolition becomes effective from 22nd, September 2021)
